North Country know about the great off-road, rails-to-trails system in
the Thousand Islands area of Northern New York. That's one reason we
wrote this book. It covers 6 segments of that system as well as 9
paved trails along the St. Lawrence River. Simple and easy trails, as
well as some of the nastiest mountain bike trails we've ever
encountered in the North Country are all included in this 25 trail

even includes GPS readings for trailhead parking areas and landmarks.
